Thank you for using our Regex Hero desktop application with in-app purchases. By using our application, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Description of Application and In-App Purchases
Our Regex Hero desktop application is a software program created by BucketSoft that allows you to write and test regular expressions. The application includes in-app purchases, which allow you to purchase additional features or functionality within the application.
Payment for In-App Purchases
All in-app purchases are made through our payment processor, which may require you to provide payment information such as a credit card number or other payment method. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with the in-app purchases you make.
Refunds

You may not use our application to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or interferes with the rights of others. This includes but is not limited to hacking, distributing malware, or engaging in any other activity that compromises the security or integrity of our application or its users.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our application at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our application and delete all copies of the application from your device.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of our application or its content. Our application is provided "as is" and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We will not be liable to you for any damages arising out of or related to your use of our application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the in-app purchases that gave rise to your claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BucketSoft, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or related to your use of our application or your breach of these terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued use of our application after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
