Eval A MS Windows .NET Patch File Name

^(NDP)(\d\d?\.?\d?)(SP\d)?(?:-)(KB\d{6,8}(-v\d{1,2}(?=-)){0,1})(?:-)(x86|x64|ia64)(.*)$

This regex will evaluate a MS .Net Patch file name and split it into the version (which can be of the form d | dd | ddd | d.d | d.d.d), the Service Pack if any, the KB # and it's version # if any, CPU type, and file extension. Example file names: NDP1.1-KB123456-x86.exe, NDP35SP1-KB123456-V2-x64.msu
